By purchasing any digital product, workshop, course, or service from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Tom Waldron Movement Therapy.
“We”, “us”, “our” refer to the Company.
“You”, “customer”, “user” refer to the person purchasing or accessing any digital product, workshop, course, or service.
“Product” refers to any digital workshop, course, bundle, membership, downloadable resource, or service offered on this website.
2. Nature of the Products
We offer digital, educational products, including:
• Pre-recorded workshops
• Online courses or class series
• Digital bundles
• Downloadable resources
• Membership or subscription-based educational content (if applicable)
• Live or recorded training sessions
These products are delivered electronically, not physically.
3. Access to Products
Unless otherwise stated:
• Products include lifetime access to the digital content
• Access is provided via a secure members’ area
• Access may be removed if a refund is granted
• Access may be paused, updated, migrated, or amended as the platform evolves
The Company reserves the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Refund Policy
Unless stated differently on a specific product page, all digital purchases are covered by our standard:
30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If a refund is granted:
Your access to the product will be removed
Any certificates, credits, or proof of completion issued will be void
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Refund requests must be sent to:
After 30 days, all sales are final.
If a product has a different refund policy, that policy will override the default guarantee and will be clearly stated on the product’s own page.
5. Digital Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive:
A confirmation email
Login details to your members’ area (if applicable)
Instructions on how to access your digital product
If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or contact support.
6. Intellectual Property
All content — including videos, audio files, downloadable PDFs, text, concepts, teaching methods, images, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Tom Waldron Movement Therapy.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to access the product.
You may NOT:
Share your login
Sell, copy, record, or distribute any content
Upload course materials anywhere online
Teach the content as your own original programme
Provide access to others
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
7. No Medical Advice
Our products are for educational purposes only.
They do not constitute:
Medical advice
Physiotherapy
Diagnosis
Treatment for medical conditions
Personal exercise prescription
Always refer clients to a qualified healthcare professional when needed.
8. Professional Responsibility
By purchasing and using any product, you accept responsibility for:
Applying the material within your scope of practice
Using professional judgement
Ensuring the safety of your clients
Complying with local regulations or certification requirements
The Company is not responsible for outcomes of how you choose to apply the content.
9. Continuing Education Credits (If Applicable)
Some products may be approved for NPCP Continuing Education Credits or other professional development systems.
Where applicable:
CEC amounts will be clearly stated on the product page
Certificates will be issued upon completion
CEC eligibility is subject to the rules of the accrediting body
Refunds void any certificates issued
Not all products include CECs.
10. Payment & Billing
By purchasing, you:
Authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method
Agree that all prices were clearly displayed
Understand this is a one-time payment, unless a subscription product indicates otherwise
Chargebacks without contacting support first may be considered fraudulent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
Injuries resulting from your application of the material
Business losses
Lost revenue
Data loss
Third-party platform issues
Course access downtime
Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the product is at your own discretion and risk.By purchasing, you:

12. User Behaviour & Account Conduct
You agree not to:
Share login credentials
Attempt to hack, scrape, or copy content
Harass staff or community members
Breach intellectual property rights
Violation may result in access removal without refund.
13. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains:

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of England & Wales.
